Did any of it produce something the business counts?

Across all four

The four buckets as four tabs, and the one place where work is done rather than observed: a baseline the day a page is added, a verification step, and an after-reading of what moved.

Be Found

Does search show it for the terms that matter?

Most teams can tell you their average position. Very few can tell you which three pages to touch this week, and why those three. Be Found turns demand into a queue.

Findings, not dashboards.

A site shows up for thousands of searches. Most of them will never matter. Treat them all the same and the few that do matter get buried.

So every query is sorted by what should happen to it. A query already on page one is Defend: protect it, don’t rewrite it. A query sitting just off page one is Strike: that’s where a small change moves real numbers. Then Rebuild, Expand and Defer.

What you end up with is a short list, with a reason on every line. It can be cut by the business units you actually run, so a division head sees their own numbers rather than a company average.

  • 5buckets per query: Defend, Strike, Rebuild, Expand, Defer
  • 1ranked queue for Monday: what to fix, in what order, and why
  • 0promised uplifts. Each finding shows how sure we are instead.
Says what it can’t know

Search doesn’t pass on which query a visitor typed. Rather than invent an attribution to fill the gap, the product says so.

Demand Radar

How the world is finding you: the searches, the movement, the near-misses sitting just off page one, and the topics quietly gaining or dying.

Query Performances

Every search that brought you impressions, with its movement, how many days it actually appeared, and the bucket it belongs in.

Query Patterns

The shape of the demand: questions, comparisons, pricing searches, brand versus non-brand. Swept across every query at once.

What shape is the demand?

Demand by BU

Search demand cut by the business units you actually run, so a division head sees their own world rather than a company-wide average.

What does this look like for my division?

Opportunities

One row per finding: the page, the problem, the suggested fix and how sure we are. Sized from your real impressions and shown as upside that’s available, never as a promise.
